  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.

 

  1. Refunds

After we inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed as:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, which may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
  • Store Credit: Optional store credit for future purchases.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our mistake.
